J.
Ross Pilling II, Principal
Ross
has over 30 years of experience in the fields of environmental
consulting and real estate practice. He is responsible for
all aspects of the business from operations to financial management.
Ross has worked at the vice presidential level managing corporate, family
and trust owned real estate for a major Philadelphia trust
company. He has worked for some of Philadelphia's most pre-eminent
commercial/industrial real estate developers and for County,
Regional and Federal governmental entities.
Ross
brings a unique blend of skills to bear when approaching any
given piece of property. With a firm grounding in natural
resource analysis, he is able to evaluate any parcel of ground
for its opportunities and constraints. Concurrently, he is
able to bring considerable market knowledge to the financial
analysis. Synthesizing this information provides property
owners with a wider range of decision making opportunities
than has traditionally been available.
Ross
has applied this methodology in a diverse range of landscapes
from Nantucket Island, the Catskill and Pocono Mountains,
and the Piedmont province of Pennsylvania to the Great Lakes
Basin of the Upper Mid-West. Because each property is unique,
each set of property challenges requires a unique solution.
Ross has met these challenges.
